I've ordered a new phone and a few accessories that they advertise as nice and with discount. I've received the order and the wireless charger they have is not according to my expectations. I have 14 days for returning the products by law but on their website the option is disabled. On the customer support via chat they started by telling me the order was with another retailer and they couldn't do a thing. After insisting it was on their website and providing details (already way too long on this by now) it was mentioned I could start the return process but that I had to return all products on the order including the phone I've already spent time configuring. All this seems they are trying in theory to say they satisfy all boxes of customer law in the EU but in practice putting barriers for preventing people from doing it.
