Not the same company i dealt with 6 years ago. When purchasing the OnePlus phone from OnePlus website, i chose their warranty package. Phone (in warranty) is being serviced by their supplier. As soon as the phone was received by the support supplier, asked for 200+ euro (parts out of warranty) i payed and have heard little from them since. Status keeps changing from 'pending spare parts' to 'parts delivered'. I have purchased a number of phones over the years, where i have had great customer experience, but now it looks like i have no phone and am down 200+ euro. OnePlus have not taken ownership of this issue even after purchasing their plan.
