I already had/have an insurance with this complay for an identical car.
While they did help, auto-fill SOME answers, they did not offer or auto-fill most of the very tedious questions, like address, phone number, years of licence etc. etc. ALL of which they already have access to via my other insurance
The first question should have been:
Do you already have insurance with us and if the answer is Yes, then ask if there are any changes.
Otherwise OK.
