Good morning Lewis I said I would get back hope you are well (not)
Just to let you no I have contacted my bank the Halifax and have completed the online form for the next stage of my getting my £300 back form you which you stole from my account you still have time to contact me so please do so

I have also liked all the one star ratings on here there’s plenty of them I hope it will further downgrade your trust pilot score and in turn cost you customers and money as other people need to no about your online scam
Some people have given you a good score because at the time of renewal they was happy (as I was) but wou betide them when they try to cancel their auto renew like me they will probably be back on here giving you one star for your disgusting service which I hope
I hope you and all your colleagues have a terrible day just like I’m having because of you

Ilana (IR2) was very helpful in arranging EU breakdown cover at my upcoming renewal. I’m old school and would generally prefer to talk to someone however I found the whole process ‘OK’ 😊 the revised renewal document was available on the portal within minutes.

Nightmare dealing with this company!!!!
Wanted to swap a vehicle after 6 weeks of policy inception, for some reason they couldn’t just swap vehicles but said I had to cancel the original policy and take out a new one losing 50% of my original policy cost 😡 add to that 45 minutes on chat being pressured to take out all kinds of extras. I certainly would never use this company again under any circumstances, an absolute shower!! To add insult to injury I can’t access my policy on their website and their chat option isn’t available despite it being within their advertised hours 😡😡😡

Fantastic experience with One Protect. Signed up for a second year and I must say, what made me keen to stay with the was my experience with the agent, Leanne. She was knowledgable, clear, helpful and made me feel comfortable and confident in the company. Last year was my first year with them and to be honest, I knew nothing about them, I was driven by price. Now I'm driven by customer service too!

I used a chat conversation to change the car on my insurance policy. The person helping me was polite and was able to help, but it took around 45 minutes from start to finish. I had to wait in a queue for around 15 minutes and then the process was very slow with lots of waiting in between messages. The outcome was good, the speed was not.

I paid for my motor insurance (Due for renewal on 6 February) on the 16 January, though I was disgusted at being forced to pay a £40 'New Business' charge.
Now, on the 25 February I have received an email from One Direct claiming, '... the risk details provided to us at inception of your insurance policy are currently incorrect...' and informing me that an additional premium and Admin Fee will be taken from my account using the card I used to purchase the policy, a total of £91.02. I find it incredibly unfathomable that any Company can give me a quote, accept my payment for the quothe they gave, and then, almost six weeks later, seemingly on a whim, demand even more money. Who says extortion is dead?

Our insurance renewal figure was taken out of our account automatically without our consent. When contacted via the chat the agent said they could not do it any cheaper. We had searched confused.com and there were several other agents that were cheaper. We them cancelled our insurance and went to get insurance with another agent and the price had increased. The agent I talked to see if I could rearrange to have the insurance at the same figure was then declined .
