I would rather not offer a star but sadly it is the lowest I could go. Anyhow, we were due delivery of a leased car in three days but cancelled by the agent as it wasn't working properly and awaiting a new car. By this I cancelled the insurance and used the 14 day cooling off agreement which was not adhered to. The standard of this company is not professional, nor is it a suitable for genuine customers.
