I have had a couple experiences with Oner Active’s customer service and each time I have had only positive experiences.
This last incident, I received my pastel yellow wide leggings with what seemed to be a blue ink mark on the waistband. When I opened the package, it was immediately noticeable due to the bright color. I had been waiting so anxiously to receive these items after purchasing them as soon as the Spring collection became live on their website.
I decided to still wear them instead of dealing with the hassle of returns (I am located in the US) but I still contacted customer service with photos and video of the item making them aware of the condition in which I received my item.
Customer service was prompt in their response and even stated they would issue a refund for the item.
It is because of the positive experiences with customer service that I will continue to be a loyal Oner Active customer!
