I had an excellent experience with customer service regarding a defective product. The response was incredibly fast and very efficient. My inquiry was taken seriously from the start, and the team asked for additional photos to forward to their product department for further review and quality control.
I especially want to thank Freddie, who was responsible for updating and processing the full refund for the item. I really appreciated how professionally and thoroughly everything was handled. The issue was resolved quickly, and I received a full refund without any hassle.
Overall, I’m very impressed with the level of service and the way they stand behind their products. Highly recommended!
The quality is very bad!! Worst material ever. The 1st time I bought from this overrated company and it is the last. Very expensive prices and what you get is worst.
Their activewear are not activewear as they do not absorb sweat, they are just bunch of pilates and aesthetic BS.
I placed an order on Black Friday, November 28, and as of December 22, I still have not received it after more than four weeks. I reached out through email, social media, and comments, but the only response was to blame the shipping service. They mentioned they are investigating, but I am extremely disappointed and will not be ordering again.
I typically appreciate good customer service, but after placing a significant order during the Black Friday sales, which I returned on December 1, 2025, I am still struggling to receive my refund. Initially, I understood the delays during the holiday season and was reassured that an investigation was underway after I provided proof of posting. In the meantime, I placed another order on December 12, 2025, for larger sizes of two replacement items, which I returned on December 15, 2025, and I received a refund for those. However, I discovered through FedEx that my original return was signed for on December 5, 2025. I shared this information with customer service but received the same generic response. I highlighted that I had received a refund for another order recently. The standards of the company's customer service have fallen significantly, and this experience has left me frustrated; I will not order again. Meanwhile, I am still out of pocket, and the company is likely benefiting from the interest on my money.
I love the items, but the customer service this time has been extremely disappointing. I ordered three items during the Black Friday sale, expecting some delays due to high order volume. However, I received no updates, and tracking indicated that FedEx hadn’t even received my order. After three weeks of waiting, I tried to contact customer service via their ineffective chat bot, which promised a response within five working days. I eventually got an email after three days stating they were looking into it with FedEx, despite not having sent the item. After following up again, I received a random email notifying me that my order had been refunded, which I did not request. I want the company to fulfill my order at the original price. I’ve emailed them again, but they only suggested I reorder the items at a potentially higher price. It’s a shame because I love their products, but they need to improve their order fulfillment and customer communication.

I've been a loyal customer, but this experience has been extremely frustrating, and I’ve advised others against ordering due to these issues.
I strongly advise against using this service unless you want to deal with unfulfilled orders. I’ve sent numerous emails without resolution. They claimed FedEx tracking is inactive yet insisted my package was delivered. I never received my order, and instead of addressing the issue, they suggested I file a false police report for 'theft.' My package was never delivered. I expect either my items to be delivered or my order canceled. If not resolved within 72 hours, I will escalate this to consumer rights organizations.
