I love the items, but the customer service this time has been extremely disappointing. I ordered three items during the Black Friday sale, expecting some delays due to high order volume. However, I received no updates, and tracking indicated that FedEx hadn’t even received my order. After three weeks of waiting, I tried to contact customer service via their ineffective chat bot, which promised a response within five working days. I eventually got an email after three days stating they were looking into it with FedEx, despite not having sent the item. After following up again, I received a random email notifying me that my order had been refunded, which I did not request. I want the company to fulfill my order at the original price. I’ve emailed them again, but they only suggested I reorder the items at a potentially higher price. It’s a shame because I love their products, but they need to improve their order fulfillment and customer communication.
