Disappointing service and delivery delays

I placed my order on Black Friday, November 28, and it is now December 22, with no delivery after over four weeks. I reached out to customer service via email and social media, but they just blamed FedEx and mentioned they were investigating. I was really looking forward to my new gym items, and this experience has left me very disappointed. I won’t be ordering again.
