I ordered a Christmas present on November 25, and I still haven't received it. Customer service informed me it would take 10-12 working days for a response, which pushes into January. I reached out via social media, but the lack of effort in addressing my issue was disappointing. They ignored my follow-up message. I've been a loyal customer, but this experience has been extremely frustrating, and I’ve advised others against ordering due to these issues.
