I strongly advise against using this service unless you want to deal with unfulfilled orders. I’ve sent numerous emails without resolution. They claimed FedEx tracking is inactive yet insisted my package was delivered. I never received my order, and instead of addressing the issue, they suggested I file a false police report for 'theft.' My package was never delivered. I expect either my items to be delivered or my order canceled. If not resolved within 72 hours, I will escalate this to consumer rights organizations.
