Worst customer service. They did not email me for two weeks about shipping so I didn’t know if my product was shipped or not. I emailed them to see if it was shipped and if it was not then I wanted to cancel. They email me back saying it has already shipped but looking at the shipping tracker I saw that they processed my order a day after I sent the email which means they shipped my product even though I wanted a cancellation! So unprofessional!! I called them out on the delay in processing and shipping since their website said they are shipping within 24 hours during Halloween season so I was expecting a little delay but not 2 weeks. I then asked for a refund and return (emailed 3 times) and they ghosted my emails and won’t respond. Never buying from this site again and not recommending to others!!
