After expressing my wish to cancel, they processed the order and charged my account. I opened a dispute, but it was denied. I regret not researching this company beforehand. They have multiple issues, and I will be leaving negative reviews everywhere. Do not purchase from this company.
I ordered an item but never received tracking information. I located tracking through the website and found it suspicious. After contacting multiple carriers, they confirmed the shipping path was not valid. The company provided a USPS tracking number, which was later deemed counterfeit. I opened a dispute as they only offered a fraudulent tracking number without a refund. I should have researched this company more thoroughly. The merchant name was different on my purchase, and the email used was not a business email. I have now opened a full dispute with my payment processor.
Caution when buying! I would give zero stars if I could. My item was supposed to arrive by Halloween, but as of November 10th, I still haven't received it. It seems to have been delivered to the wrong address, and they want me to contact the shipping company to resolve it. I've requested a refund multiple times with no success. After I left a review, they contacted me offering a refund if I removed it, which feels unethical. Their delivery company claimed the package may have been stolen or misplaced, despite the delivery photo showing a different house. I now have to provide proof of my address to resolve this. Seriously, stay away.
I ordered a onesie for my Halloween costume three weeks before the event, expecting it to arrive within 7-10 days, but it never came. The company refused to issue a refund. If I could rate lower than one star, I would. I would not recommend this company and will be advising my friends to avoid the website entirely.
These onesies are good but could be better with more stuffing in the ears and tails, and a more pointed tail for my design. My partner's onesie also could use more stuffing. We found them comfortable, and they didn't bleed colors in the wash. I had a good experience with customer service regarding tracking updates.
