I bought a One Sport e-bike 15 days ago, and I am facing a serious safety issue. The rear hydraulic (oil) brake does not work at all, and the brake lever feels completely loose.I reported this issue by email, but I have received no response from the support team so far. This is very disappointing and unacceptable for a new bike under warranty.Brakes are the most important safety feature, and ignoring such a problem is risky.
