The accessories are amazingly bad quality. Just don’t include them if it’s gonna be garbage.
I bought a One Sport e-bike 15 days ago, and I am facing a serious safety issue. The rear hydraulic (oil) brake does not work at all, and the brake lever feels completely loose.I reported this issue by email, but I have received no response from the support team so far. This is very disappointing and unacceptable for a new bike under warranty.Brakes are the most important safety feature, and ignoring such a problem is risky. I am sharing my honest experience so other buyers are aware before purchasing

My OT 5 Pro bike is awesome! The battery works for a very long time, I'm riding it for a week already without charging. Also it's comfortable, the seat is soft, pedals are smooth, and you can regulate the steering wheel. It came in a box and I assembled it by myself even while I never did that, it was easy and they sent me all the instruments in the box.Also I'm especially happy by the amortisation, because I live in Paris where's a lot of cobblestone roads and riding Onesport feels like I'm in the car, almost don't feel nothing!Highly recommended!
