This company is a total scam. I had the van for two months and decided to return it before the hire renewal ended on December 7, 2025. They instructed me via email to drop it off on December 6 before noon, which I did. Their site wouldn't let me process the off-hire, so I emailed multiple times to confirm my return, yet they initiated another month of hire despite having the van. Every driver I've spoken to has warned me about their terrible service. They don't answer calls, and their voicemail is full, leaving email as the only contact method. I'm currently fighting to get my £500 deposit back, but based on other reviews, it seems unlikely. Avoid this place at all costs; they're nothing but con artists.
