This service has been an absolute letdown. After having the van for two months, I decided I had enough and informed them I would be returning it before the hire renewal, which was scheduled to end on December 7, 2025. They instructed me via email to drop it off on December 6 before noon, so I did just that. Unfortunately, their website was malfunctioning, preventing me from completing the off-hire process. I reached out multiple times to confirm my return of the van, but they initiated another month of hire despite having the vehicle. Every driver I've spoken to has expressed similar frustrations; they rarely answer calls, and if they do, it goes to voicemail, which is always full. The only way to get in touch is through email. Currently, I am waiting for my £500 deposit to be returned, but based on other reviews, it seems unlikely I will receive it. I strongly recommend avoiding this service.

If I could, I'd give them zero stars. Their call center agents are unhelpful and don't understand English. They scammed me twice, first asking for £457 for minor damage, and then another £450 for a van I didn't want, which had issues from the start.
I need an urgent response. I owe £930 after using a van for just one day and returning it the next, unaware of a rental period in the contract due to my limited English. They're threatening to add £250 and involve debt recovery. This is from a van hire service!

This made me lose nearly £2,000 in earnings, yet they still expected rental payment. No courtesy van was offered during this time. After much back and forth, they charged me for one week despite the van being off the road. I ended my agreement and returned the van, only to receive a bill for £768 a month later, claiming the rental was monthly when I had been paying weekly. This is nonsensical! I've documented all communications and will pursue legal action if they continue to pressure me. They should not be allowed to operate. Their customer service is nonexistent. I strongly advise against using their services.
This is a complete scam! They are dishonest and work with another service that is just as bad. They charged me £276 per week and took my van back for being three days late on rent. Now they're trying to extract an extra £500 from me after I returned it. This is unacceptable, especially since I'm relying on Universal Credit.
