I leased a van for delivery work, and within two weeks, it developed faults, leaving me without a vehicle for two weeks. This made me lose nearly £2,000 in earnings, yet they still expected rental payment. No courtesy van was offered during this time. After much back and forth, they charged me for one week despite the van being off the road. I ended my agreement and returned the van, only to receive a bill for £768 a month later, claiming the rental was monthly when I had been paying weekly. This is nonsensical! I've documented all communications and will pursue legal action if they continue to pressure me. They should not be allowed to operate. Their customer service is nonexistent. I strongly advise against using their services.
