If I could give it Zero star I would. This company is SCAM They work with DriverAgent through which I hired the van, They charge the earth for the Van and when you need them, they only reply to emails with no phone number. And it takes ages to get a reply.When I picked up the van, had barely any fuel on it, however if you return it, it MUST NOT be low ( half full) which is about 30 to 40 quid. Plus all the other stuff like adblue is also an extra charge, it was low and had to fill it up.Excess is 2500£ It will take you 25 days of work to earn such a huge amount. Honestly, driveragent treats us like slaves, the number of stops is unbelievable.The roads are horrendous and very very very risky.for the Van.The roads are too narrow, I know a friend a couple of weeks ago was charged 160 for the rear light that was slightly damaged.
