Absolute joke of a company, even though you make payment on time of final payment having handed back van, they hound you saying you haven’t paid it. No one will call you, they do not reply to emails, it’s clear bullying tactics to try and scare you to pay them more money. After finally getting the correct final payment and paying it, 2 weeks later they send a letter saying they will refer to debt collector.If you do decide to use them please ensure you keep all correspondence emails and call logs, I have so they haven’t a leg to stand on
