Diabolical service. Ordered a set of power tools they arrived with an EU plug charger.Contacted the company who promised to send an UK charger.Nothing arrived. Every day for the last ten days they've been sent the same message with pictures. Two human responses "we'll send the right chargers." Now it's automatic repeated responses (probably AI) wanting details and pictures. I have screenshots of every single conversation.How do you contact this company? Are they even in the U.K.?! Going to seek legal advice on Monday.
