I ordered a cordless air blower through a third party. There are certainly no complaints about the quality or price. Very good, to be honest. However, my package was incomplete; a cable to charge the battery was missing. It was sent from the original manufacturer , OneVan, from Germany to Belgium with an extra battery, but it did not arrive. DHL was unable to deliver it according to the tracking code.They suggested contacting OneVan directly for further help.
