Watch came in with broken charging cable. I’ve contacted support. 03.01. No answer till 10.01, after I wrote 2nd time. I’ve attached a video and described situation. You can clearly see that cable does not work. In response I recived info that I can send back the whole thing for examination or if I’m interested buy a new cable for €20. INSANE. not recommend to anyone. Also my reaction is caused by quality. Maybe it looks nice, (that was main requirement when looking for this watch), but from tech side it’s terrible. You can find similarly looking watches for much cheaper, I chose this one thing that with much higher price comes quality. Poor me thinking that. Screen resolution is a joke form customer in this price range. You can see individual pixels. For €200! Don’t recommend smartwatches from that company to anyone.EDIT:Thanks for your reply. I have bought third party cable for €2, it’s even better than the original one that came with a watch and that you recommended me to buy from your store for €20. And the most important thing it works, what unfortunately I can not say about your product. Case closed. Still don’t recommend buying smartwatches form this company.
