Any replies from this company trying to save face please ignore they are absolutely awful company and nothing can justify how they respond to general enquires. Trying to gaslight the customer to make the customer look like they are stupid is not a good look. not reading your dodgy small print saying it’s clearly stated is an absolute joke and shows how little you respect your clientele. And once it got questioned you straight up just cancelled the appointment insulting our intelligence. We work in the fields of customer service and know what is to be expected from a company and the communication you display was just abysmal.
