I bought a pair of shoes at the official store, and after just a few days of normal use, the heel tab came off. When I contacted the store, I was told it was just a design element and many customers face the same issue. Instead of providing a proper warranty solution, they suggested I visit a local cobbler unless I could come to the store myself. For a premium brand, this is quite disappointing. A known quality issue should be addressed by the brand, not passed on to customers. I expected better quality and a more professional response.
