My experience was quite frustrating. I tried to cancel my order just 15 minutes after placing it due to my daughter's change of mind. The company refused to issue a refund before the shoes were shipped. Now I have to return the shoes and deal with getting my money back. Additionally, the representatives were quite rude. I strongly recommend avoiding this company.
I encountered the worst customer service ever. I attempted to cancel my order just 15 minutes after placing it due to my daughter's change of heart. The company refused to issue a refund before the shoes were shipped. Now I face the hassle of returning the shoes and fighting for my money back. Moreover, the representatives were exceedingly rude. I advise everyone to steer clear of this company.
Service was extremely disappointing. Delivery took 30 days, and they insisted my address was incorrect, even though they had successfully delivered to the same address months before. It appears this has become a common issue. Then, I received the wrong size, and customer service took ages to respond. By the time they addressed the issue, my original size was sold out. To make matters worse, a rude representative implied I should simply wait for a refund after sending the shoes back. They quickly took my money but offered no resolution. I suggest reconsidering purchases from this brand, as I certainly will.
I purchased a pair of shoes, and while the website was functional, it was somewhat slow. The checkout was easy, and delivery was prompt. However, I ordered the wrong size and needed to return them. I followed the instructions for creating a return label and tried to schedule a pickup, but the local service was unreliable and they never showed up. I reached out to customer service, but received an email addressing the return process without resolving my pickup issue. Now I'm hesitant to order a new pair after hearing about quality concerns and poor customer service.
I want to share my experience with the Sabot 66 model. I bought it for €140 from the official store. Within weeks, the shoes broke. The international support team helped me get a replacement, but after a month of wearing the new pair, the same issue occurred. I really think this model isn't one of the brand's strong points. As a teacher, I mostly sit at work, so I haven't done anything excessive with them. When I reached out to customer support again, their response was much less helpful than before, and they stopped replying after I asked for a solution. I don’t see why I should pay €140 for shoes that only last a month.
I bought a pair of shoes at the official store, and after just a few days of normal use, the heel tab came off. When I contacted the store, I was told it was just a design element and many customers face the same issue. Instead of providing a proper warranty solution, they suggested I visit a local cobbler unless I could come to the store myself. For a premium brand, this is quite disappointing. A known quality issue should be addressed by the brand, not passed on to customers. I expected better quality and a more professional response.
I wish I had read reviews before ordering. I do like the shoes, but they are too big. I tried to exchange them online but was directed to a different website. After finally reaching the correct return portal, I found out the prepaid return label would cost me $46! I’ve decided to keep the shoes since they are only slightly too big. Be cautious, as it seems returns can be quite costly.
