I wish I had read reviews before ordering. I do like the shoes, but they are too big. I tried to exchange them online but was directed to a different website. After finally reaching the correct return portal, I found out the prepaid return label would cost me $46! I’ve decided to keep the shoes since they are only slightly too big. Be cautious, as it seems returns can be quite costly.
