My experience was quite frustrating. I tried to cancel my order just 15 minutes after placing it due to my daughter's change of mind. The company refused to issue a refund before the shoes were shipped. Now I have to return the shoes and deal with getting my money back. Additionally, the representatives were quite rude. I strongly recommend avoiding this company.
