No problems there.4th July: Shoe was too big and had some damage around the ankle and heel so I wanted to return it.UK website but shoes come from Germany. This is never stated on the site.30th July: Still waiting. I have no idea if they have it. No response whatsoever. I did get a non-EU charge from UPS though so that's great. More money out, no money in.Surely the CEO knows how terrible their company is, right?Their customer service couldn't understand a simple question of "My local delivery company is having huge delays due to X. Do I still have time to return my order?"CS: "I'm sorry, I don't understand the question."Kihachiro Onitsuka must be rolling in his grave. It's genuinely sad.Will update WHEN I get a refund.Update: Apparently my return is "lost" despite the UPS tracking saying that the return was delivered a MONTH ago. So either they're lying to me, the shoes have been stolen or they've simply been forgotten which I refuse to believe since the tracking says that they were delivered to the exact same place as the return address. Very interesting.
