My experience was very good from start to finish. Design process and quote was smooth and my thoughts and wants were considered carefully, then alterations made when needed. The ordering process was easy and progress updates given via email. Delivery was as scheduled, everything was packed well and arrived undamaged. Assembly was straight forward with videos to watch and basic instruction provided which was adequate for me (experienced flat pack assembler and DIYer). I am extremely pleased with the end result which looks like a premium product.
