Review Time
Initially, the designer took three weeks to respond after our first contact, prompting me to reach out to the sales manager for assistance. My delivery was scheduled for Monday, but by that evening, I found that the hanging rails, shelves, and bottom beam were missing, with no mention on the dispatch note. On Tuesday morning, I emailed the designer but received no reply. By 4 PM, I called customer service, who mentioned they were investigating but couldn't provide any delivery timeline. I had taken time off work and was unable to proceed due to the missing bottom beam. Communication was lacking until Friday when I received a message from a courier about a delivery on Tuesday, followed by an email from the service stating I would receive the items the following week, without consulting me on a suitable day. The delivery on Tuesday was incomplete, lacking the hanging rails, which eventually arrived on Friday after more calls. I could start with the bottom beam, but it was warped. My experience with the Face Frame design was disappointing; the wardrobe was too small for the available space, as only standard size doors and frames were provided. The fitting method described was ineffective, relying on flimsy screws to support the structure. I had to improvise with wood blocks for stability. Despite having installed kitchens before, this was exceptionally frustrating. This is not a true made-to-measure wardrobe and really requires a professional installer. The plastic camlock inserts can easily distort, misaligning the frame. I ordered three drawers without specifying size, assuming they would be adequate for clothes storage, but they were only 100mm deep, more suitable for cutlery. I rated it two stars because, in the end, I have a visually appealing wardrobe, except for the drawers, but the customer service was poor, and I would recommend avoiding the Face Frame design.
The entire process from ordering to delivery was smooth, with no missing parts. Every staff member I interacted with was helpful and accommodating. Special thanks to the team. Assembling the media unit was enjoyable, and it looks fantastic; we are very satisfied and would recommend this service without hesitation.

The delivery on Tuesday was incomplete, missing the hanging rails, which arrived later after more follow-up calls. Although I could start with the bottom beam, it was warped when assembled. While I can only comment on the Face Frame design, the conventional wardrobe might be better, but I ended up with a frame 1380mm too small for my space due to the standard size limitations. The fitting method described is impractical, relying on 17mm screws to hold everything up. I resorted to using wooden blocks for added support. I contacted the service after not finding what I wanted elsewhere. A video call with the designer helped refine my vision, and they executed it perfectly. I opted for self-assembly, and the product quality and ease of installation were exceptional. I would highly recommend this service.
Don’t be discouraged by the numerous screws and fixings; you won’t need them all. The instructions are clear, and the parts fit together well. It's quite heavy, so two people are recommended for assembly. The result is worth it, as it's very sturdy and looks impressive.
