Initially, the designer took three weeks to respond after our first contact, prompting me to reach out to the sales manager for assistance. My delivery was scheduled for Monday, but upon unpacking, I found that essential components like the hanging rails, shelves, and bottom beam were missing, which were not even listed on the dispatch note. I emailed the designer the following morning but received no response. By 4 PM, I called customer service, who informed me they were investigating but couldn't provide any delivery updates. I had taken time off work and was unable to proceed due to the missing bottom beam. Communication was sparse until Friday when a courier company notified me of a delivery on Tuesday, followed by an email from the seller stating my items would arrive the next week, with no consultation about a suitable day. The delivery on Tuesday was incomplete, missing the hanging rails, which arrived later after more follow-up calls. Although I could start with the bottom beam, it was warped when assembled. While I can only comment on the Face Frame design, the conventional wardrobe might be better, but I ended up with a frame 1380mm too small for my space due to the standard size limitations. The fitting method described is impractical, relying on 17mm screws to hold everything up. I resorted to using wooden blocks for added support. I've installed kitchens before, but this was exceptionally frustrating. This cannot be considered a made-to-measure wardrobe; a professional installer is necessary. The plastic camlock inserts can warp under pressure, misaligning the frame. I ordered three drawers without specifying size, assuming they would be adequate for clothes, but they turned out to be only 100mm deep, more suited for cutlery. I rated it two stars because, in the end, I have a visually appealing wardrobe, despite the drawers, but the customer service was lacking, and I would recommend avoiding the face frame design.
