I registered with them, opened an account and filled a prescription questionnaire fully and successfully, I was told to wait for a notification after the prescription questionnaire validity would be confirmed, this was 10 days ago, I had no notification at all neither by email nor sms. My account is marked active but I can't do anything with it. I now want to cancel my account and cannot find how to do this. Hence this review.I have now read the reply to my statement by a company calling itself Online Pharmacy 4U. They suggest I didn't know the nameof the company I was writing my review about. At the very least they are being disingenuous not to admit that there is another company claiming to have the same name! The company I was writing about has web address onlinepharmacy-4u.co.uk , differing perhaps from the replier's by the position of the hyphen, and appearing to have the same logo! They should take it up with Trustpilot who ought to know how to handle the situation rather than supinely asking me to edit my comment!
