I sent a complaint email in June because they randomly sent out the wrong HRT, I didn't order it and have no idea why their system sent the prescription to the GP. I have not had a response. They have also sent me generic HRT when my prescription says it must be branded. They recently sent me HRT without the applicator so they are not usable, I also emailed them asking for them to send the applicators but they have also not replied.I am hoping by putting up a review perhaps they will respond to me. I dread using the company because I just don't know what I will get.
