We ordered three Turkey dinners with all the trimmings since we missed them during the festive season. They were delightful and flavorful. The portions weren't massive but definitely sufficient. Outstanding Lorne Sausage

The Lorne sausage was the best I've ever tasted, and the potato farls were great too. To validate my opinion, my half-Scottish spouse rated both highly, even though she calls the latter tattie scones. We will definitely be ordering again. The packaging was solid, and our order arrived on time and chilled. Top marks. I'm really impressed.

Delivery Issues on a Hot Day

The package was delivered on one of the hottest days of the year. I was at work and couldn't be contacted, so the driver left it on the doorstep (which is on a busy road), and it was stolen. I reached out to the service, who provided tracking info but took no responsibility. They even stopped replying after I requested a refund. Thankfully, I used a payment service that refunded me after their investigation.

Delicious Scotch Pies Received

Disappointed by Packing and Delivery

While the meat is generally decent and I love the lorne sausage, the packaging and delivery were terrible. On the hottest day of the year, my order was delivered over 24 hours after being collected, with damaged packing. Six out of eight ice packs were completely thawed, and the internal temperature of the meat was borderline for returning. This is the third or fourth order I've received like this, so I won’t be ordering again. I have already emailed about the temperatures.

Not Ordering Again

I will not be ordering again. The rolled brisket was just a piece of meat, not rolled. The rolled pork leg was two pieces in a net that fell apart. The burgers were fatty when cooked and tasted cheap.
