Took money for service promptly on 5th march and no delivery till I repeatedly emailed them and their sales. Then they too have had no reply, though eventually Stuart chased up the order and got it delivered on 16 th.of march 2022, despite email saying 15th. I waited in all day on 15th. Not the service I paid for which was more expensive than many other stores.Now their website is also not showing any goods.None of the ordered goods were fresh or perishable, so they should all have been in stock as per their website.Awful, please avoid.
DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY.After ordering multiple items, one didnt arrive. I was only told it was out of stock after chasing. Then was told to wait a week as they would get it back in stock. After waiting a week and not hearing back I chased again to be told actually its a discontinued range but will get another version in stock next week. So I waited again, yet again no contact. So I emailed to be told sorry we arent going to actually get the other version back in either but will provide a refund. So I said fine provide a refund. After over a week without a refund since the promise of one, I emailed ONCE AGAIN that im waiting for a refund. It has now been a further week AGAIN since I sent that email stating I was still awaiting a refund with no response and NO REFUND..If they did this every now and again with most orders, not sending items and refusing refunds they would be making hundreds of pounds in profit from the innocent public. This is not the first time and I am not the first customer to experience this. This is not a one off.Disgusting that I have had to chase non stop for ONE MONTH. Good conduct would be to inform the customer an item is out of stock and refund them ASAP not expect them to chase promise a refund then stop replying.NOT ACCEPTABLE.NOT WORTH THE HASSLE.SHOP ELSEWHERE!
Great Customer Service.I ordered a variety of chilli sauces, which arrived the next day. When I opened my order I contacted the company letting them know that some of the order was wrong. They apologised and resent part of the order immediately. In fact I received the new sauces the next day. However, I had not read the labels properly and to my horror I realised the original order was correct. I cannot fault their customer service and they were so willing to make sure I was satisfied. Well done and a big thank You for being so prompt and gracious.
Please clarify you are selling dented tins to customers on your web pages. No customers would think that they have to receive dented tins.I bought 34 tins and there were a dozen of them dented on arrival. The box outside and inside and overall with no sign of damage, but a dozen of their tins inside were in different shaped dents, some were the sizes of three fingers. The shop didn't wrap them or even filled anything between the tins. But they insisted they were wrapped and had filled the space between them, but still, the tins can be damaged by each other during delivery.
