As the new delivery date approached, I called to confirm it was still scheduled for installation before Christmas. I was assured it would arrive the next day and that I would receive updates. Later, I received an email stating they could not fulfill my order and it wouldn’t be delivered until January. If you're planning around this service, be cautious. I still haven't received a response regarding my refund after 24 hours.
