First I ordered Fake grass - Was really good quality and looks great.
Second was the kids carpet and was so impressed (and a little jealous) of how good it looks in their room.

From start to finish our experience was excellent ordering was easy and efficient I made a few mistakes when ordering and customer service resolved them immediately the delivery was very good on time and the driver was very helpful.
I ordered laminate flooring with express delivery. On the expected arrival day, I was informed of a planning issue that required rescheduling for the following week, along with a refund for the express delivery. As the new delivery date approached, I called to confirm it was still on track for installation before Christmas. I was assured it was scheduled for the next day and would receive updates. Later that day, I received an email stating they lacked the stock to fulfill my order, and it wouldn’t be delivered until January. If you're trying to plan around this service, proceed with caution. I still haven't received a response regarding my refund after 24 hours.
This is the third time I’ve used this service, and they are consistently excellent! Always on time, the website is user-friendly, and the staff are extremely helpful when I had questions. My carpets were fitted beautifully and were nearly £19 per square meter cheaper than similar options in a store. Highly recommend!
