I placed an order on December 3rd and was told it was complete and shipped on the 10th, but now it's the 24th and I haven’t received any tracking updates. It has been stuck on "shipment information received" since December 10th with no word from the service team. They claim that "standard shipping typically takes 6–11 business days," but we are well past that window. This has been a huge letdown for what was supposed to be a special gift for my wife. The platform seems dubious.
