I placed an order on December 3rd and was notified it was completed and shipped on the 10th. Now it’s the 24th, and I still haven’t received any tracking updates. The status has been stuck on "shipment information received" since December 10th, with no communication from the service team. They mentioned that "standard shipping typically takes 6–11 business days," but we are far past that timeframe. This has been a huge disappointment, especially for what was meant to be a special gift. The platform feels unreliable.
