I used the service to get a period delay pill as I was going away and didn't want to get my period. I had tried going through my GP but they said they don't do this anymore. I filled out the form which was a bit strange. I would have preferred to talk to a doctor after the initial form. I got a response very quickly which was good. I never received a text to say the medication was ready so I just turned up at the store 3 days before my holiday. I paid for 60 tablets - these seemed really overpriced to be honest and I was very frustrated because the store said they only had 42 and they weren't getting a delivery until the day I went on holiday which was too late as I was flying at 6am! I was worried that I wouldn't have enough for my holiday. I decided to take the pills they had and they gave me a wee owe you medication slip I tried calling boots but as it was the weekend they were closed. I chat gpt when I got home and realised I just had enough to cover my holiday. I contact boots and they refunded me approx £8 for the pills I didn't receive. When I collected the pills I was told that if I took the 42 she gave me I then wouldn't be able to collect the rest from another store which seems silly as I have a prescription. It made it quite stressful to be honest. Luckily it was fine in the end I had enough and was refunded for the outstanding ones but could have done without it before I went on holiday. It would have been helpful if I received a notification that there weren't enough at my chosen boots branch and given me the option to change the branch to one that did have them in stock! Otherwise it's a great service provided without needing to visit the doctors. I liked the video I received from the doctor but as I said would have preferred a phone call
