Ordered items in the beginning of January and some of the items was not available and was on pre-order that should be dispatched by 17/02. I waited till 17/02 no emails of dispatching Items so reached out to customer service and they only released items from pre-order once I reached out meaning they already had them but did not released them for delivery. When I questioned customer service they advised it estimate date of release but clearly they are trying to hide Wearhouse people mistakes and make excuses.
One of the worst customer service and definitely won't buy anything from this place. It's been 3 days and still no email of dispatching the items
