If I could give them 0 stars I would i still have not received my order been over a week and have not received a reply to any of my emails - they just ignore you. Avoid avoid avoid !!!
Delivery was in two parts first one was delivered within a couple of days the next the delivery date kept getting pushed back then after a month and the third time of asking a refund was issued.
Ordered items in the beginning of January and some of the items was not available and was on pre-order that should be dispatched by 17/02. I waited till 17/02 no emails of dispatching Items so reached out to customer service and they only released items from pre-order once I reached out meaning they already had them but did not released them for delivery. When I questioned customer service they advised it estimate date of release but clearly they are trying to hide Wearhouse people mistakes and make excuses.
One of the worst customer service and definitely won't buy anything from this place. It's been 3 days and still no email of dispatching the items
Great sale on fleece bedding , got my winter stocking in & 2 Christmas presents , double fleece duvet sets .

Love this company ordered quite a bit stuff on and off the bedding is beautiful and soft always washes up nice and looks great orders always on time with no problems will continue to use this company and would highly recommend 😀
I ordered 2 coverless duvets and a fitted sheet, when this small but heavy parcel arrived I discovered the duvets were vacuum packed well if you had seen the state of theses duvets
Creased to hell they were I thought the might fluff up overnight but nope they didn’t now Im 75 and theres no way Im standing ironing duvets and 2 at that they just were soo creased
So Ive emailed OHS and sent them 2 PHOTOS one the photo which is on their website they advertise and an identical PHOTO of them on my bed how they arrived its hilarious ! if I could put the photos on here I would so I will never order bedding from OHS again.
PS the fitted sheet was also vacuum wrapped but at least it stretches over the mattress so the creases flatten out a bit
I have shipped with OHS for a long time and the quality is always amazing! Unfortunately I had taken delivery of an item that was faulty, I got in touch via email and photos and the wonderful Faatimah helped me through a with an exchange super fast and super helpful! Knowing that company and staff will be there to help whe something won’t right will always have my returning custom, 10 out of 10!
The items ordered were brilliant and nice quality, the coverless quilts I got for my kids are a big hit a look great. Not sure if they will be warm enough for the winter though. Delivery was a little challenging that although it says 3-5 days it was over this which I had to chaseby email, items were sent out in multiple parcels. I order one item a couple of days later with the faster delivery which was quick and came with some of the other stuff. So I would probably use that method again if I ordered.
I ordered a double duvet cover set and a fitted sheet. Whilst the duvet cover was quite pleasing to the eye, it was not good quality at all. Upon receipt one button was already missing and it has only been on the bed a couple of days and the remaining buttons are continuing to fall off. The fitted sheet does not remain close fitting to the mattress but continues to slide off and bunch up. I would advise customers to spend a few more pounds and get a lot better quality product. I will not be purchasing from Online Home Shop in the future.
The goods are great and at a fabulous price, especially during the sales. Only 3 stars because it took me ages to find a way to communicate. Delivery Company no stars! They refused to deliver to my home address even though I paid for delivery.
