I've ordered labels several times and they've always been satisfactory until my latest order. Unfortunately, most of the labels I received this time were misaligned, with some being significantly off center. I reached out to the support team and was advised to send photos, which I did a few weeks ago, but I haven't received a reply yet. As a small business, I can't afford to waste money on unusable labels. I intend to follow up again, but I will also be exploring other options. I had to cancel a few orders because of this issue, and I can't let that happen again. I dislike being a complainer, as I've never faced problems before, but the lack of communication is what has frustrated me.
