I've ordered labels several times and they’ve always been satisfactory until my latest order. Unfortunately, most of the labels I received this time were misaligned, with some being significantly off center. I reached out to the support team and was advised to send photos, which I did a few weeks ago, but I haven't received a reply yet. As a small business, I can't afford to waste money on unusable labels. I intend to follow up again, but I will also be exploring other options. I had to cancel a few orders because of this issue, and I can't let that happen again. I dislike being a complainer, as I've never faced problems before, but the lack of communication is what has frustrated me.
The transparent labels are excellent. They are easy to peel and apply to my product. I have been a loyal customer for a few years and will continue to order from here. The customer service is very professional and pleasant when placing an order over the phone.

They don’t allow you to pre-order samples to ensure they meet your needs. When you order large quantities without seeing a sample, and they arrive not fitting your requirements, you end up stuck with unusable products and wasted money.
Exceptional customer service! I have consistently had a great experience with this service. I've encountered very few issues, and when I have, I was able to reach customer service quickly for resolutions. We've been using this service since we started our business in 2022.
