I find it incredible that I paid £45 for a copy of my register of title to my property, which i was ok with. I then got an email from you stating there were further documents connected to the property with regards to covenants/boundaries and if i was planning on selling the property i would need copies of these documents.i rang your adviser and was made aware that there were further documents and the cost would be £72.00. I felt i had to pay this to ensure i had all the adequate documentation. when the 2nd documents came through it was a one page boundary photograph. I find this totally unacceptable and this should have formed part of the documents i received for £45.00. this is just causing home owner unnecessary costs and then scare mongering people into believing there are scammers about with a 3rd email requesting i sign up to a property alert? to protect me from scammers.
