Carefull designed to look like an online service from the Land Registry with the admission that they aren't in much smaller type. I had already paid their inflated price for a copy of the register of title but they blew it with a follow up call today saying I needed to sign up for the property alert which I knew to be free but they insisted wasn't. That bit of their scam didn't work as I already had confirmation direct from the Land Registry that I had signed up!
Nice to see they admit that they are selling a property alert which is a free service provided by the genuine Land Registry. What they don't admit is that the sales person also tried to sell me a copy of the title deeds - I actually contacted the Land Registry direct and bought a copy of the Title Deeds only to find it was just a copy of the Land Registry Title which these clowns has already sold me at an inflated price
I applied for two properties and only one was on their register. I didn't get a full refund for the unregistered property. Also the sales department suggested additional documents some of which I had already paid for online
stop calling yourselves land registry when you are not tricking people by saying do you want to go ahead i cancelled on the same day after being told i had to send a email to a different office i set up 4 requests for a telephone talk and no one rang and a charge 500 pounds was too expensive also 240pounds for some thing else and then a demand 30 pounds. was to mutch

Preying on vulnerable and elderly people by masquerading at the government Land Registry and pressure selling then refusing to refund. Don’t insult me by replying saying you don’t have an order number it’s #1384765. Formal complaint is on its way and will continue to escalate until a refund is processed.

DO NOT USE! They are not the official site - that is HM Land Registry and its website is very different.Note the gov.uk on the official site - this is how all official sites for UK government services are listed. UKLandregistryonline is based in Dubai - it will charge you over 3 times more for simply forwarding the document to you.AVOID!
