This company fraudulently make you think you are dealing with The Government Land Registry. Their site looks like the real thing and only if you read the small print do you realise they are not.They charged £55 for copies of my Land Certificate which would have only cost £14 direct from Land Registry.More importantly the copies provided were 9 months out of date and useless for my purposes. They do not warrant even one star in my opinion. Further to the response from OLR can i just add that I am surprised that you cannot trace my order as you have been emailing me regarding this matter. Perhaps not wishing to publicly responding to my comments.
