1. They buy cheap unrelated backlinks from Public Blog Networks (PBN) look it up this is a big no no for SEO. We caught them doing this, they denied and denied till they eventually couldnt hide it anymore. Don't be tricked by sites with high domain rankings, they mean nothing in google's eyes if they are a known PBN or a site that sells backlinks (Google knows all)
2. They use AI to generate crappy blog articles (big no no). Run the articles they create for you through a few AI detectors and then read them yourself. AI has a structure it follows when you create an article. It is very easy to spot, they ended up rewriting the articles properly (in their defence) however they are passing this off as "SEO"
3. They deliver the work late (to drag out the work into future months and so you keep you paying).
4. They created articles which we already had, they didn't do any basic research on our site to check which article topics we already had covered. This is a no no for SEO as your articles then compete and clash.
Their counterclaims have been absolutely baseless, we hired an SEO freelancer and they were able to get us results in the first week, these guys were paid 20k and got us nothing.
Their MO seems to be to claim that clients who review badly "aren't real clients" Good luck with that one, I have the receipts.
Im not saying dont engage them, however do your home work. If you do not know how SEO works, you could get yourself in strife.
I have also noticed that all of their bad google reviews are gone so you guys are obviously getting rid of them somehow. If only you were this good at SEO (probably incentivising people to take them down).
