I strongly warn anyone against contracting with this company.
We were a small business, and from the very beginning they sold us the dream. Big promises, big talk, and complete confidence that they would deliver outstanding results. What we actually received was months of excuses, shifting goalposts, and endless “updates” that amounted to nothing. There were no meaningful outcomes, no real progress, and no accountability, just polished reports and impressive-looking statistics that had no real impact on our business.
We spent close to $100,000 and genuinely cannot point to anything of real value we received in return. Even worse, nine months into a twelve-month contract, key staff clearly didn’t even understand what our product was. We had to repeatedly explain basic details about our business while they continued billing and presenting “performance” that didn’t translate into leads, sales, or measurable growth.
When we raised serious concerns, not once but multiple times, we showed them the reality: after all of that time and money, their work had resulted in just one sale. Meanwhile, the majority of our actual sales were coming from our own marketing efforts, which we had to continue doing ourselves because the work they were producing was so poor.
It wasn’t until we brought in someone experienced in this industry that we realised just how abnormal this situation was. In my opinion, their approach felt predatory, extremely aggressive when selling, quick to lock you into contracts, and very slow to deliver anything of substance.
When we finally tried to cancel nine months into the contract due to lack of results, instead of working toward a reasonable solution, they continued pushing the contract terms. Then, around eleven to twelve months in, they reported us to a debt collection agency, even though we had already stopped using their services during that period. The emails we received also warned that this could remain on our credit file for five years, which felt more like intimidation than a genuine attempt to resolve the situation.
Their contracts are extremely one-sided, leaving very little room for customers to exit, even when performance is clearly not meeting expectations.
This was one of the most stressful and frustrating business experiences we have ever had. I would strongly encourage anyone considering working with this company to think very carefully, ask hard questions, and ensure you fully understand what you are committing to before signing anything.
Save yourself the stress, the wasted time, and the financial loss. Proceed with extreme caution.

I’ll tell you why, they’re dodgy… my company suffered catastrophic losses from my time with omg. They still won’t return my website or online ad emails. They’ve stolen these. They are holding my property to ransom. Do not use this company.
Was sold a great sales pitch by Andrew after being burnt by another dodgy marketing company previously . Concerns raised were lock in contracts which I was told I could do month to month ( no mention of a 60 day notice period ) . Other concerns raised were the usual outsourcing or work which I was informed that they were a Sydney based company and being in Newcastle were just down the road for any problems etc . When assigned a lovely account manager Chelsea , I find out she’s in South Africa . Every zoom meeting there was a new employee sitting in on the meeting , I can only assume again from different countries . I was recommended SEO just like the last company and was stupid enough to fall for this again. I’m only a small on the side business and have just hit gst . So at near $1800 and the big push after your call to sign this we will do that and deduct your money from your account literally the next day so effectively getting paid in advance for no work I started to feel uncomfortable . So I decided to pull the pin when Andrew the sales person seemed to disappear into hibernation after he got his sign on bonus I can only assume and felt that SEO with the worst sales in 2 Mnths was not the thing for my little business . So after paying 3 mnths for essentially zippo they want an additional 2 mnths for zippo . I guess these guys have very expensive cars that they need to insure and feel the need to rip people off like this . Very disappointing when I felt I had asked the right questions this time .
